Details Master in Digital Humanities
Description The course teaches the basic methods of digital humanities with a focus on text-based methods. We cover such topics as distant reading (and quantitative methods of text analysis in general, incl. the use of corpora managers for research purposed), stylometry, topic modeling, network analysis in literature and history, and structured markup such as TEI/XML. We also venture somewhat into GIS, 3D-preservation of historical artefacts and digital museum technologies.
